Room was good, but not upto the mark of a 4star hotel, booking process is not that clear.. Rates and pictures/room details shown and told while booking on booking.com is a bit confusing and not exactly the one on ground..

1. They don’t acknowledge CONFIRMED online bookings, they just use it as a fish bait to lore people in, and once you’re there you’re basically told the price is something else! 2. Not clean, the bed had hair in it, I’m 100% sure they just made the bed after the last customer and did not change the bed linens. 3. There is zero sound proofing in the building, every single time the person in the next room opened or closed his door I was woken up. Overall won’t use this hotel ever again
