The hotel is exceptional because of amazing staff. They really care about the customers, showing great hospitality and helpfulness. Everyone from the team is always polite and attentive.

My stay was great. The staff and and receptionist were very kind and helpful especially Noor. They offer complimentary dinner 3 days per week. I would like to thank everyone at this hotel. Thank you chef Ahmad from Egypt for your kindness and super care for my son's food. I highly recommend this hotel especially for long stay?

Unfortunately, the quality and service is dropped significantly. I have visited Staybridge many times in the past and I have enjoyed my stay at the hotel except this time which will be my last.
Unfortunately, the quality and service is dropped significantly. I have booked my reservation and I didn’t get what I reserved due to a peak time they say. They gave me a unit in smoking floor, the staff said it’s a upgrade. Barely can get a hold of people on the reception. They’re either away or smoking outside.
Very surprised for this change management and staff. The hotel doesn’t meet the price. For peace of mind, I would stay away from here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Their location is unfortunately inconvenient, but for long-term customers, the rooms are pretty much comfortable with many appliances, lot of space with good furnishings. They have a gym & heated swimming pool on the top. Comfy hotel!

Nice rooms. Excellent reception. They have complementary dinner on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Good buffet breakfast. Rooms are equipped with everything a normal house has. Washing machine, cooking utensils, cutlery, ironing board, refrigerator, microwave and tea/coffee maker.
The bathrooms are neat and clean with bath tub. The toileteries and towels are suffecient.
The top floor has swimming pool with separate timing for women. There is a small pool for kids as well.
