One of the best apartment hotels in the region. It’s still new and I really hope they keep the same level of cleanliness.

The reception staff is very messy and disrespectful.. he is not aware of what he supposed to do.
He is one of the worst people I have met.
The place is bigger than him. I wish I could have mentioned his name .
Never to come back anymore.
I hope the management can see mu comment.

I have luved here for six minths now. I feel like part if the Somerset familly with all the staff. The staff are so freindly and helpful. They assist with all requests I,ve required since being here. The location is just so central everywhere you need to go here in Khobar. Easy access to the Airport.

Highly recommend place in downtown Al Khobar with great and fully quipped rooms and a huge outdoor pool.
Big thanks to Miss Safi and Mr. Mohammed for the warm hospitality and the kind words. Hope to be back soon!

Thanks to Miss Nawara for her great hospitality and kindness. The hotel is amazing, I enjoyed my stay and it will not be the last time for sure.
