The Manager needs to be trained in hospitality. Booked a higher category room but was given a lower category one and when we complained the manager refused to refund or upgrade us although the hotel staff was willing to help out. Also when we complained on Google reviews, he left a generic response and said has forwarded the complaint to the hotel staff although the complaint was against him and not the staff. Families should stay away from this hotel.

Had a pleasant stay during our time at this property. Excellent Service with good size rooms makes this hotel worthwhile for your stay. Special mention to IMRAN from the house keeping who was EXCELLENT with his services.

Booked a premier apartment for extra price but was given a lower room category. On informing the reception initially was lied to that it's higher category even though the hotel staff acknowledged that it's a lower category and the pictures and description on the hotel website was different from what I was given. Eventually they accepted as well and said they would contact the manager. It took 2 hours for all this and was amazingly told by the manager again that it's a higher category room and nothing can be done about it. Very very disappointing , dishonest and non professional attitude of the manager.

Overall, my stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The main reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, there were issues with the reservation process, the service was lacking due to understaffing, and the poor insulation resulted in noise from neighboring rooms. Nevertheless, the hotel's fantastic location made it a convenient base for exploring the city.
