When I called to tell them there is no towel in my room, the reply was "housekeeping is off duty now"?!
When I said there is no Wi-Fi signal reaching my room, they said "it's like that for everyone".
The food is terrible.

This hotel was a total fraud! What you saw in the picture was the opposite. Its like an abandoned hotel. It was closed outside but they are still accepting bookings. Dark hallways, no wifi, no security, the room was like a horror room with blinking lights. So travellers be aware! I checked out on the same day, same hour!.

I loved it.. Saudi Tamil Culture Center Eastern Province arranged labours day celebration at Signature hotel Al khobar.
Signature hotel have good environment and parking space.
