Amazing resort from a location perspective but extremely disappointed from the booking process. 1- No website. 2- We need to pay before staying in the hotel? (first time I ever hear that). 3- Got promised 3 times of getting my bill on whatsapp and it was never sent. 4- It took me 8 calls and 14 emails to arrange for my booking. This is unacceptable and not the standard I expected from such an amazing resort and location. I blame their management on this. I would still go there just because of the location, because AlUla is beyond amazing! Shame this is how things are in this resort.

It's Amazing, my preferred place of stay in Al Ula? don’t miss it try one time you will try it again.
Very close to Elephant rock site.
Loved the stay from check in till check out. We will come back soon Shaden Resort, In Sha Allah.
