Hotel is ok. However, the entire staff—especially the female receptionist—are in dire need of better training in how to deal with and talk to guests. So rude and disrespectful. Unsatisfactory. Wouldn’t recommend.
Whoever is handling the hotel’s social media needs to be fired. This isn’t how you talk to people let alone customers. I am shocked.
