Rose Garden Hotel

Old building with dirty rooms with very bad customer service. The buffet is made from garbage. You book and they give you whatever room they see available. Worst hotel. It should take a -5 star rating

With in budget its too good in heart of hara, Riyadh

It’s very good hotel.. Our Junior Suites Room was very spacious and cleaned.. Next time definitely I’ll book room in this hotel .. Just they need to focus and add some Indian dishes in buffet breakfast

So called 4 star hotel I go there for iftar buffet @66SAR per head booking through cobon app In the app they mentioned international buffet but when i go there there was only 3 to 4 arabic dishes only In main course there was only mandi, chicken khabsa and mutton curry nothing else Please don't go for iftar buffet

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Please read..... Easily the worst experience I've had in any hotel. Firstly, the room they gave us smelt of cigarettes. Secondly, they gave us TWO towels for FOUR adults and two kids. Third, they "forgot" that we had breakfast included in our booking. Now, although we were served breakfast, it isn't ideal having to chase up and when you do try to find out when you will be served WHAT YOU'VE PAID for, nobody seems willing to help. I call reception, the guy in reception tells me to call another number. I call the other number the guy tells me to call a third number, I call that number and the guy who answers puts the phone down on me. I call reception again and the guy says "I'm going to call you back", but NEVER does! I mean it's like a circus! ? The following day someone calls in the morning when I'm trying to sleep and when I answer the phone, someone mysteriously hangs up! This was followed by a knock on the door with 'breakfast'. As for breakfast itself, four adults and two children are expected to share ONE OMELETTE, that's right ONE OMELETTE!!! Two cups of tea were served on the second day. (Picture included) Nobody asked did we want coffee, how many sugars, how much milk, no, just two cups of tea, how it suited them!! The fittings in the shower were broken there was a draft coming through the window...... it was ENDLESS!!!! Honestly, you're better off staying in your car for the night and saving a decent amount of money. ?
