This hotel has became very old and now doesnt look a 4 star rated one. The charges are too high compare to the condition of its rooms. The hotel requires complete facelift or renovation.

- Old split unit and noisy
- Old furniture and I don’t think it is clean
- Unwelcoming team
- Breakfast very limited and Unappetiting items
- Isolation between rooms very bad
- You can hear the cars even if you are in last floor

It can be more clean if they try. The place is spacious, its in a calm residence, there is a kitchen in it too. But the place needs maintainence in the aspect of cleanlisess. The curtains and couch are dirty. Also the bed sheets need more cleanliness. I thankfully brought my own bed sheets

Old, dated and rather poorly maintained, the stains on the carpet, bathroom floor and everywhere else makes one shudder. Staff with no capability to help with any requirement compliment dark dingy rooms where one cannot open the curtains at all. The place desperately needs renovation and some enthusiastic staff. If you are a non-smoker you will still be treated to strong smell of cigarette smoke from neighboring rooms. Lumpy pillows and mattresses, prickly sheets and duvets nicely round off one the worst hotel stay experiences.
