Extremely bad service. The day receptionist and staff for customer relation was extremely rude with lot of attitude. Stayed for 2 nights, but the water geyser wasn't working, AC remotes were not working, fridge not working. Intercom was not working!! They didn't fix it for 2 days or till the time I checked out. They didn't even arrange a Bell boy to pick our luggage when checked out. Mannerless day staff. Hopeless. The day staff are just good for nothing.
Night manager was very helpful. He tried his best to help. Pathetic experience overall.

Stayed there for two nights overall poor customer service except the gentleman who checked me in. Room was dirty and AC was not working properly. Didn’t have SR cash and the customer service guy tried to exchange $100 USD for SAR 300 although the exchange rate is 3.75! Asked for late check out at 3 PM instead of 2PM because my flight is late at night , but they didn’t approve!

I was stay in room no 902 with my husband Very bad experience room light was not working , AC was not working , even room assess card also not working.very poor service. Staff dnt have manners also. While sleeping they are knocking the door and asking money . That female staff and male staff not answering properly any questions. Me n my husband totally upset .

Very bad service , Rooms are smelling , Paid for Breakfast and lunch , same menu was served for all 3 days.

Good hotel for night stay, room is neat and clean.
The toilet and bathroom are clean.
Toiletry items,
Small soap,
Shower gel,
Shampoo
Bath towel,
Prayer Mat,
Iron n board.
Tea items and 2 small water bottles
are supplied.
Room service is not available after 9 pm, and reception staff are not helpful.
