For the price this hotel was amazing. The staff were so polite and helpful the rooms were clean and very spacious. The bed was super comfy with some of the best pillows I have received in a hotel..for 3 star this is a hidden gem. We checked in late and this was no issue and did not wake up for breakfast so they sent it to the room. Thank you Renz hotel and we will definitely book again the next time we are in Jadaa.

It's a okay for short stay. All as they described. Of course it's not a five star or four star , but you get what you pay for.
Car parking is a super hectic. Even any guest try to visit you, if he need to park , he need to park the car afyer one kilometre atleast

I had a very brief interaction with Renz Hotel on the 19th of July, 2022. Unfortunately, it wasn't a pleasant one.
I walked into the hotel for a booking and to check room availability. Sadly, there was a power outage at that time and I was surprised to see that such a structurally big hotel has no functional alternative sources of power on its corridors and stairways.
I understand this might be an unusual occurrence however, it is best to consider the installation of alternative sources of electricity both in the rooms and the common areas of the hotel building.
