I checked in through Booking app, but unfortunately when I reached there, they told me that no vacancy,& I have to search another hotel because check in time is 4pm. That was a very bad experience as I wasn't alone & my family was accompaning me.

Don't book online using booking.com as the staff is not supportive, I had a confirmed booking for 2 rooms the front office said the hotel was full.

Extremely dirty, broken rundown furniture. The photos on booking.com are ompletely misleading. Will never stay there again.

Night mare !! Please never book this hotel through any online websites like booking.com, they did not honour any reservations made through these websites and late night told us that they have given rooms to some one else.. booking.com was pathetic in their help as they simply cancelled our booking when I raised the issue.
I witnessed at least 4 family stranded there at 9 pm arguing fighting for their rooms with confirmations via booking.com but no benefit.
The guys at reception later told to stay at a cheaper hotels some where else. Be ware, stay away especially if you are going with kids.. !!

Pathetic service people clearly lying at front desk no room available here after a long journey they don’t mind you living on the footpath
