I had to stay in the hotel for a business trip.
I really travel alot but this was the worst experience i noticed so far.
The room by itself was ok, but it needs to get renovadet and better cleaned before you check in new guests.
The Wifi is more than 50% not working.
Also the housekeepers start to vacuumclean the other rooms during the night and made a lot of noise during the night, i recogniced them a few times between 1 and 3 AM, i was not abled to sleep during that time because of them.
Talking to the reception about this topics doesnt change anything.
After my 3rd talk to the reception they offered my a "room upgrade" as an apologize.
It was the worst thing i could made to accept this offer.
I get a new room - the same i had, just a different floor.
after 20 min they checked in another hotelguest into the same room, so on the moment i wanted to have a shower a new guest was standing in my room!
We went back to the reception with this topic...
They doesnt say sorry or something, just gave me a new roomcard and told me, that this is now my new room.
I went to the new room and opened the door, as in the room before they gave me the same room another hotelguest was aleady checked in because the room was full with luggage from a guest.
So i went back to the reception again and they gave me a new room card, so it was my 4th room.
This time i was lucky that nobody walked in after my change in that room...
But in that room the hot water doesnt work and nobody cares about it.
It is really scarry as a guest that you know everyone could walk in in your room because the reception guys doesnt recognize that there is already a guest in this room...
I hope the hotel management reads this review and is willing to change something about their service.
