One of the best in Jeddah! Hotel rooms were nicely maintained, food were lavishly served during our party event, with friendly banquet crews, and most of all, they have professional booking administrators who's available 24/7!
Looking forward to celebrate more events in this hotel in the future!

The hotel is nice for business travellers i would say and also for tourists it will be fine. Rooms are nice and service is also very good. The breakfast buffet I would say is okay but the rooms I would say is good for business travellers.

Terrible experience from A to Z.
Not responding to comments and requests.
With my Platinum Membership ... 0 consideration or advantages.
Towels missing in the room.
Extra water chargeable.
Room was not serviced by 7 pm.
Invoice was supposed to be sent by email. Happened only after 2 emails and 3 phone calls!

Stayed for 4 days and had a very bad experience with the service, need to call reception 3-4 times every day to get at-least 1 bottle of water and after 3rd call they will still ask the same question like what you want, no housekeeping service as well even after asking repeatedly. First and last time stay in the hotel.
