I was there with my husband and my kid. The ambience and service was so on the point. The staff is very welcoming and equally professional. Special thanks to Mr. Omar from sales desk, very soft spoken and helpful person. And the food test also good.

Totally worth experience for stay and also very good for business events, both they handle very professionally and services are so neat. Last Ramadan I did a business event for about 200 persons with Iftar breakfast . And the event went seamlessly with full luxury. And the food quality and presentation was great. Specially I very thankful to Mr Omar Zahran, helped me so much to manage the event and I finish the event without a single second of burden to get things done. Really appreciate the work. He very soft spoken and kind person with full professionalism.

The room, the location, the staff, the cleanliness of the room are captivating, incredible and I enjoy it. It was one of the best hotels here in Jeddah in this specific southbound town location. I do love it

It was a great place to stay with the family. Very clean and the team was very responsive. The parking lot is kinda tight but overall good place

The manager in charge (Mr. Wael) has fully supervised and has displayed exceptional service to meet our needs and wants. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating.
