I'm just putting 1 Star because there's nothing less than that, if i could give a hard ZERO i'd do it without hesitation because of their Poor service which was quickly turned our stay into a disappointing experience. From rude staff members to unresponsive calls to so many factors contributed to a negative experience. When a hotel fails to provide the least level of service it shouldn't be in the hospitality industry where costumer service is a paramount , we didn't ask for much we only asked to get more towels which took them 6 phone calls to give the housekeeping the order and 5 hours to the housekeeping to bring only one towel, you gotta be kidding.

Extremely bad service, it took them 1 whole day to refill the replenish the water bottles after 4 reminders
Secondly, I requested housekeeping around 7 pm by the time i came back the room was as it is. When i checked with reception he simply diverted my complaint by saying that it’s the morning shifts’ problem i cannot do anything about this. And next time slot available for housekeeping is after an hour
So all in all the service is extremely non-
efficient

Not a good place to be during Ramadan. Services needs a lot of improvement. No body answers the phone (no operator, reception, house keeping, room services, duty manager). The restaurant people are rude. No consideration for people who come for food. Order taker don't understand what we want. Room cleaning is not good. I went will the cleaning sign but nobody clean the room. There wc is leaking. The hotel needs right management to take care of the property otherwise the people working here will spoil the name and the brand. Pls urgently look for better services and hospitality.

we had the worst experience ever! we paid for the rooms couple months ago with points, when we got there they said we did not pay and we have to pay again?! The issue is appointing receptionist and manager who did not trained well and needs to know how to speak English properly and how to treat guests well, so disappointed
Oh no we left the building, I didn’t want to stay a minute there, I found another hotel way much better with service, price and location!

To be honest, I found the overall quality of the hotel to be below average. The room's condition was unsatisfactory, with issues such as cleanliness and maintenance. Additionally, the level of service provided by the staff fell short of my expectations. Their lack of attentiveness and consideration left me feeling dissatisfied.
Considering the amount invested in this stay, I had anticipated a more pleasurable experience. I kindly request that you address these concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
