Nice hotel - have spent the last six nights here. Very convenient as on the main road so Ubers and taxis constantly available. Recommend Ubers and refreshing your search every min or two as the prices can drop hugely!
Omelette chef was fab and the karak chai (from a machine believe it or not) was right up there!!

Good and big room. Would have given 5 star rating. But I felt that bathroom needs an urgent upgrade as it felt really old, Clean, but old. Service was good and location is also good. The breakfast buffet was really nice.
Might stay here again in my next trip.

Lovely place to spend a few days, rooms are large. THERE is a huge mall directly opposite, you have yo get a car to reach it, but it saves wandering round Jeddah for what's needed.

I’ve booked a junior suite without breakfast through hotel phone
I’ve arrived at 3:35pm no one in reception after a few minutes a girl showed up then she gave us our suite cards. My family and luggage worker went to the room and I drove my car to parking lot. After 7 minutes I took elevator to my room 804 unfortunately the room was not cleaned. I went down again to reception. She said it take 20 minutes.

The location of the hotel is very good. The reception staff (Suood) was very welcoming and generous. The atmosphere of the hotel is excellent. However, the swimming pool was not clean. Its excellent place for families. Loved our stay there. It was very close to restaurants.
