It depends on the room you get. Some of the rooms are good, have windows.
But some , which I was living in, was not good. There was no windows. Also room was too small and the worst thing was the bed lamp was placed in the middle of the bed. It was obstructing the sleeping space.
Breakfast was below average.
Kitchen was too small. Initially there no utensils for cooking. However they provide 2 utensils on the third day.

Great location, I liked the check in process and staff behavior.
The room was spacious and beautiful, but the bed wasn’t clean as I felt there were bugs in it. Didn’t have a comfortable sleep.
Breakfast was fine, had a couple of options in the buffet.

The staff and team are first class, friendly and helpful. May be it was just our room but while the hotel is only 4 years old it has very poor maintenance and for certain the room we stayed in was in poor condition.
The light next to the bed was not working, the bathroom door was in poor condition and the wall paper appears to have come off the wall and was suck back with streaks of glue showing.
A real shame as a tourist to Riyadh this does not give a good impression.

Hotel is mostly as 3 star hotel, we stayed 4 days in the hotel
Advantage:
1. Room are clean and quiet
2. Hotel is clean and quiet
Dis advantage:
1. Breakfast mostly limited to few items and not included coffee, milk mostly finished, items seems that it filled one time only. Service is low.
2. Room has only one towel, I ask three time for three days for extra and did not get it.
3. Reception does not take care of customer request.
