this hotel deserve negative stars very worst rooms with bedbugs and cockroaches and flies.please do not stay in this hotel even they provide free accomodation. My ramadan umrah last ashra 2019 experience sharing with everyone. Even bathroom are worst. Please do not rely on any positive review given by someone about this hotel I am putting this comments with sincere and honest if i put any wrong I have to give reply on day of judgement.

The Rooms Are Okay.Air Conditioned. Toilets Are Clean. But I'm Disappointed With The Room Service And Also The Wi-Fi Service. Wi-Fi Is Only Available On The Ground Floor.
EvenThough,For Umrah and Hajj This Hotel Is The Best As It Is Closer To Haram...All Types Of Indian Food Are Also Available Here By Several Groups

Worst Hotel ever!Never stay in this hotel even if you get a free stay here!
I had insect bites after staying here for just 1 night during Ramadhan 2018. Unpleasant smell and unclean rooms.Pathetic room service.

I don't even want to give this hotel 1 star. Extremely bad and gross. My room wasn't cleaned since last Hajj season. Dust everywhere,even water dripping from the ceilings. Location extremely hard to find and very smelly. Security very poor. Door knobs broken, windows cannot be locked.Cupboard was full of dust.Fridge doesn't close properly.Please do NOT come here you will ruin your own Hajj/Umrah.
