I was staying in a suite and there was shortness of supplies only one slipper and no toothbrush or paste !
One of the worst experiences , the rooms aren’t clean i even had hair in my bedding that doesn’t belong to me! also the bathroom floor was filled with hair .
The pool area is so dirty and the swimming water is so dusty I didn’t like it and ofc bathrooms and changing room where dirty too .
The breakfast is normal but they don’t have many food choices but the bread is extremely stale .

Bad. U can even find cockroaches inside the toilet of the lobby. and u will find bad boiled egg which already turned black inside it. And there is no room service u can get…

Great calm location, luxuries, comfy stay, and rooms were very clean, spacious, and cosy.
The hospitality of staff is remarkable.
The rooftop pool and gym were a plus.

This my second time at the hotel. Friendly staff, Clean place , Great location has restaurants , coffee shops. Good experience I recommend it.

So Bad experience … we are 6 persons in the suite they are sending only 3 Water 400 ML if we ask more they are charging money for water and the AC not Working

Welcome to Q Suites Jeddah by EWA. I visited this hotel in the mid of Oct 2022. The swimming pool timings are from 06 AM to 07 PM and it is located on the roof. The Q tracee lounge is closed permanently. The breakfast timing starts from 07:00 AM to 10:30 AM. The Health & spa is located on 7 the floor. The kid's area is also on the same floor.
