So Bad experience … we are 6 persons in the suite they are sending only 3 Water 400 ML if we ask more they are charging money for water and the AC not Working

This star for friendly waiters & cook helping but all stars are gone cause not open buffet SAR175!? only few items to choose from
rejecting grilling big items asking extra MONEY!!!??? not enough sweets nor fruits, SHAME on admin.showing faces just to worsen services provided by simple people ordered for bad behaviors

I have stayed 11 nights at this hotel. During my stay, certain events have happened that would not occur even in a 1 star hotel.
First of all, as a welcoming gift, a fight started between housekeeping staff right in front of my door room, when I was asleep and I had to interfere to stop the fight!
Second, reception staff kept calling everyday through my room and mobile number asking if I would like to extend, even though I asked specifically not to be called at! And with regards to the extension, I told them “keep extending unless I tell you otherwise”, but no one listened.
Third, I asked for the contact number of the management, but the reception staff refused and blatantly said “No!”.
Forth, basic hospitality rules says if there is a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, it is forbidden to knock or ring the door bell, yet this hotel manage to screw up the simplest rule.
There are other matters that needs urgent attention from the hotel’s management beside what I just mentioned.

Welcome to Q Suites Jeddah by EWA. I visited this hotel in the mid of Oct 2022. The swimming pool timings are from 06 AM to 07 PM and it is located on the roof. The Q tracee lounge is closed permanently. The breakfast timing starts from 07:00 AM to 10:30 AM. The Health & spa is located on 7 the floor. The kid's area is also on the same floor.
