Very good location. Access to restaurants and hyper markets nearby. Staff is very welcoming, responsive and friendly. Very high quality of hospitality both in reception and restaurant (if you go there Mohamed Yousif is your guy).

There is a very bad smell in the hotel, some kind of cleaning product or air freshener they use. But it smelt like ammonia and was very horrible. Surprised we didn’t get sick from it. The Ac was also super loud it would go on and off throughout the night and made it hard to sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We couldn’t wait to check out and get out of there. They have a no cancellation policy, and the hotel staff was not very helpful when we had issues with our rooms. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

This hotel was close to the Corniche and a reasonable walking distance to some restaurants and fast food. Check-in was straight forward, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The choice of food in the restaurant was also good, the restaurant Manager Mr Yusuf had a wonderful smile and made us feel very welcome as soon as we entered. Although the bathroom was a reasonable size, we were not provided with sufficient towels or robes for two people so I had to request additional towels. The room attendants were quick and efficient in dealing with our requests. The hotel had a small swimming pool which was not heated to a good enough temperature and the jacuzzi water temperature was just too cold so we didn't use either of these facilities. The hotel is situated in a street with mostly residential buildings with some hotels dotted around, at night you could hear all the residential air-conditioning units blarring out a lot of noise. The hotel appeared to be popular with families with young kids, late at night kids were making a lot of noise and the hotel staff did nothing about it.

The staffs are very kind and generous. The rooms are neat and clean. Location is near to beach. Good parking facility and the breakfast is nice.

Good location, the manager is very professional, and the front desk employees are very nice and helpful.
My only concern is the restaurant, breads are not fresh, not much choice for foods, and the restaurant staff are in rush to close the restaurant after 10h00 pm. The dinner should end at 11h00 pm.
There is one restaurant employee who is very good person, he tries to make customers happy, but the one at the entrance of the restaurant is not very helpful. Big thanks to the manager and the receptionist, particularly the slim one, he is lovely and willing to help.
