It was amazing breakfast experience. The manager Mr.Mohamed yousef was extremely helpful. He was around to make sure everyone gets what they want . I loved my stay in particular the restaurant at breakfast time. Food was great.

The hotel is good overall
The service is fast and the employees are nice, except that they rushed us for check-out which was a bit annoying.
Breakfast was very good and delicious, different choices and good quality
The room was clean and wide, but it needs some maintenance and care to details to be perfect ??

Great stay for three days. Hotel staff is extremely accommodating and nice. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast could have more vegetarian options, coffee machine needs to be changed

Very good location. Access to restaurants and hyper markets nearby. Staff is very welcoming, responsive and friendly. Very high quality of hospitality both in reception and restaurant (if you go there Mohamed Yousif is your guy).

There is a very bad smell in the hotel, some kind of cleaning product or air freshener they use. But it smelt like ammonia and was very horrible. Surprised we didn’t get sick from it. The Ac was also super loud it would go on and off throughout the night and made it hard to sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We couldn’t wait to check out and get out of there. They have a no cancellation policy, and the hotel staff was not very helpful when we had issues with our rooms. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
