The hotel is very good nice, but there is no hospitality, the bathroom there is no shampo or soap when we arrived , we asked the house keeping once , and we ask the receptionist at second time, and they ignored.
There is only one receptionist, and not helpful.
Also our reservation was with breakfast meal, they had offer to bring breakfast to your room , but they bring it 10:00PM.
And the next day they did not bring it , they claimed that we will had our breakfast at 9:00 AM in our way home in our bus with our group .
But they did not , they distribute the breakfast at 6:00AM
To all rooms .except our room.
They had 150 room as the receptionist claimed, but had only one person responsible for meals.
I am sorry but they need more staff, it is 5star hotel but hospitality don’t deserve a star.
