If you want a luxury but cheap hotel you should avoid this place. Simply, Panorama is the old hotel ready for general reconstruction (after that, it will be, of course, more expensive). For modest visitors, without many requests, the hotel provides all the necessary. I didn't have problems with employees. The service was excellent, and the receptionists were helpful and kindly. The location is very nice. Juffair Square, with a lot of cafes and restaurants, is near the hotel. So, in terms of price and offer ratio, the Panorama Hotel is not a bad selection.

The furniture is very old and not cleaned and it has burned spots on it!!! The TV doesn’t work ..and the room doesn’t even have a microwave!! It gives you a very old dirty motel vibe!!! Most hotel let you check in at 12pm but when we arrived they didn’t let us check in tell 3pm !!!! It’s definitely the last time.. I won’t book in this hotel ever again

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable beds, great view, easy access to Nuwara Eliya center. We enjoyed our stay, the only thing we missed is news channels in english in TV. The host was very helpful answered to all our requirements during our stay.
