OYO 416 Bonais Hotel

not good hotel, no parking, no water for drinking ,no hot water, no chairs in room ,sounds in bed sorry to say that while check out I have paid the bill at reception and it also deducted from OYO and no clarification from OYO

The room is not inviting at all, there was a quite distinctive repulsive smell in the room, the AC is old and does not do well with Ahsa heat and humidity. I asked literally one small thing of the night shift reception and they didn't even amuse to satisfy it. The elevator is... I don't even know what to describe it, and the entrance and lobbies are not cooled properly. Even though it's cheap I still wouldn't recommend

Rooms are not as clean as shown in photos. Need some renovation

This is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever been to. I booked a standard studio through Expedia. The pictures in Expedia looked much better than the actual room. The room they offer me was much smaller than the one in the picture. The room did not have windows. The bed was small and looked dirty. The TV was old and extremely small. The room and the bathroom room looked very dirty. I went back to the receptionist and told him about the difference. He told me that he cannot offer me the room in the picture but I can cancel and get a full refund. I told him that I cannot cancel it from my side since by booking was non refundable. He told me that I could leave and he will take care of it. Here I am one week later without any communication or refund. Summary of reasons that make it the worst ever. - No parking - Dirty rooms - Rooms do not match the pictures on Expedia - Untrained staff - very old furnature/ elevator/ electrical equipment - promising refund and not fulfilling their promises.
