The Beds and pillows were covered in plastic which made a lot of noise. When we came to check in a few employees were chilling in the room we booked.. so weird

If you love shopping, this the place for you. Walking distance from shopping district as such the oldest souq, al qaisariya souq et al.

The Hotel is running because of the staff. Seems like management don't care. Would gave 5star if the Wi Fi was good. There are hardly any support of wi fi. Reception staff were awesome helpful.

Biggest issue was for parking the vehicle as there is paid parking facility available in front of the hotel which will drain off your pocket. The second issue was, the safety door for the elevator was not working properly which was a safety concern for the users.
