Generally fair, not clean, walking to Ka'abah needs 30 minutes depending on traffic (taking the bus is the only choice of 99% people most of the time), 3 buses are not enoug for all guests coming or going to Ka'abah in Ramadan and Hajj, room key was lost in the reception and no master key, and no spare key, then we found it by chance only and the label was changed

Worst service ever. Cockroaches in the room,. no soap, no shampoo, no towels, no tissues, no drinking water, very loud air condition, and no meals. Why would anyone want to stay here is beyond me.
