Convenient for a quick in-out. Maria does a great espresso. Hicham was so helpful, I was returning the electricity converter and he simply suggested I keep it if I really need it. It's sometimes the little things.

We loved staying in the hotel. We were initially attracted by the price/quality/value combination that it offered. Once here, we were immediately impressed by the hotel's location and appearance. First engagements with staff were good, the service was professional and attentive. Rooms were large, very clean and, in our case, quiet. The breakfast buffet was good value, the choice of foods was excellent, whilst the quality was also very good. Equally, the evening dinner buffet was of an equivalent standard. We would like to specifically mention the courteous and friendly service provided by Imam, Mohammed, and Saleem. Otherwise, the hotel's manager was hugely personable and went out of his way to ensure that we had the best possible stay. Thoroughly recommended.

The lighting in the room is not so good especially in the night as they only have ambient lights which is so dim. It should at least have a service light which is bright enough so that a person can see things clearly when required during the night time.
The AC control is quite a challenge too, as the buttons are not user-friendly. I figured it out after calling the maintenance?
The people are very good, they always smile and greet.
The food in the restaurant is good. The people in the breakfast area at mezzanine are nice and kind.
The service in the cafe at the ground floor was very slow. I asked for a spoon and knife and it took 15 mins before it was served.
Overall i had an AWESOME stay, especially Ali from the housekeeping always keeps my room very clean and changing the sheets everyday. Marissa is also very friendly and she always gives me cappuccino at breakfast. The small guy who also cooks my favorite scrambled egg with salt is also very nice. They are my favorite staff. And Arwa from the reception, and the morning security to whom i always ask assistance to speak arabic with the uber driver.

Yes, I fined the place very convenient and accessible to fast food
The room is always clean and tidy. Mr. Samin is really very thorough in cleaning the room and very polite which I don’t find much in hotels I have stayed in. Thank you Mr. Samin

I stayed for 2 weeks. Rooms were pleasant and organized. All the staff are very well trained and very hospitable from reception to room service to waiters. Zubair specificaly makes us feel at home. Food was delicious with a huge variety every day.
Overall i had a fantastic stay
