All staff well trained with front desk staff exceptional, nothing was to much trouble and all spoke fluent English. Good gym facilities unfortunately no batteries in the seated cycles but everything else excellent. Hotel is getting a bit tired and could do with a revamp, carpets in rooms worn/ torn. Horrendously expensive in-house laundry prices, cheaper to buy new socks and underwear than to have them laundered here.
Breakfast is very good and caters for all nationalities. Great location for the kingdom tower and its shopping mall.

At Novotel Hotel I have a pleasant experience in Europe, therefore, I chose to stay at the same hotel in Riyadh. The room was clean and tidy, unfortunately, I did not get the chance to have a better view as well a higher floor.
Delightful, Homey and relaxing stay.
