Rated because of the unacceptable service we experienced with them. The Egyptian receptionist / in-charge with the restaurant reservations is not helpful nor polite on handling reservations of their iftar buffet. We asked nicely, but all he can answer us is to call first for reservations. Which we actually did call him a week after and said reservations are through WhatsApp, which we actually did again only to find out that he doesn't reply promptly and ignoring your messages. Such a shame being in a hospitality business but he is not hospitable enough to care about his customers. He only selects people whom he wants to reserve. Even Saudis who are asking nicely during our personal visit that time if we can have an iftar buffet after purchasing in Cobone was also not treated nice and told them to book prior buying in Cobone. So sad.
