Naviti Warwick Al Khobar

I stayed for 4 nights and will definitely come back. The receptionists are very well trained, friendly, and efficient. I checked in in less than 5 minutes including the time of introducing me to the facility and services. The supporting staff are all decent, helpful, and kind. They always helped me fast and with a smile. The room is so spacious, clean, and well equipped. The bed size is convenient and mattress and pillows very comfy. Also sound insulation is super at 95% or more. Cleanliness and smell are maintained around the clock to render great results especially for someone who sees them as nonnegotiable. Room service is super fast and food is delicious, felt like homemade. Also the portion was very generous. It’s definitely great value for money with excellent service provided. The staff were always ready to assist with a smile, making sure all my needs were met promptly. Whether it was dining recommendations or arranging activities, their knowledge and dedication were remarkable. The hotel's location is stunning, with breathtaking views. It's a paradise for anyone seeking relaxation and natural beauty. Overall, my stay at Naviti Warwick was a delightful experience. I can't recommend it enough for those seeking courteous staff, top-notch service, and comfortable rooms in a beautiful setting. I'll definitely be returning for another memorable stay. Excellent service! Friendly and professional receptionists. Few minutes after I checked in my room, somebody called me to ask I I needed anything. And then later that night, I received a Whatsapp message asking me if everything is alright. This never happened in other hotels so I really appreciate the hotel’s effort in making sure that the guests have a great experience in the hotel. Hotel was clean and well maintained. The smell in the hotel lobby was very good. It was very relaxing. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom amenities were complete. Parking is aplenty. Location is very strategic due to close proximity to restaurants, corniche, and supermarkets.

Excellent hotel with great sea view room 307. Service during my stay was excellent and the food very good. Thank you to all of the team for making me welcome. I will return.

Breakfast buffet was ok, wish there were more food and healthier options. Room was also ok, the shower stall isn’t insulated well so it leaked a ton of water and made a mess in the bathroom. Overall, experience was alright. Location is great.
