This is family's hotel which can works as temporary home out if home. Staff is more practical and understanding of their customers need and trying to deliver the services they wants.

They are just cheating people by saying that this hotel is 4*. Even a cheapest lodge will have more clean than this. The bathroom was horrible. It not even deserve a single star. Its worth for 50 to 60 riyals per night.

My floor WIFI service was not working. I claimed several times but they never fixed it.
One of Shower booth doors was removed then whole bath room floor got wet. And hot water was not coming. It was not entirely cold but not enough.
Water boiling pot was not working.
I stayed lower floor then load noise annoyed me.

Good budget hotel. Pocket friendly, courteous staff. There was provision for hot water in bathroom, but it did not work. I did not bother asking, as it was peak summer and I did not feel the need for hot water. The last night was painful due to some mosquitos. Overall the experience was ok. Can't ask for more for price, that included a dual room (separate sitting area & bedroom), + breakfast. I paid ~269 SAR all inclusive per day.
