Very good hotel but I have a concern related to safety
I noticed that they use the enargency stairs for storage as can seen in my photos
Hope they take this note into consideration.

I booked the hotel 3 weeks prior. I informed staff that I would be checking in very late, around 4-5am which they said was fine. Upon arrival, I was told the hotel is full and they have no rooms. The staff member was so rude and had no qualms about sending two women away in the middle of the night. He was very arrogant and obnoxious and pretended he couldn’t speak English, but spoke English when he felt like it. He laughed at our anger and rightful upset behaviour. He instead was very quick to give a cash refund and wanted to send us away. I will never stay here and DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone!!

Neat and clean rooms. Quiet atmosphere, bus to haram is available right infront of the main entrance and reasonable price

Midan hotel is a four star hotel in Makkah. It's 3 km from the Great Mosque of Mecca and 7 km from the Abraj Al-Bait Towers. rooms feature Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, as well as minifridges. Room service is available 24/7. Bathroom was clean with necessary toiletries. The hotel corridors were spacious giving a good vibe. There was a small pool for the kids. Quiet atmosphere, bus to haram is available right in front of the main entrance.
Other amenities include a restaurant, a pool and a kids' playroom, in addition to covered parking.
