Rooms are comfy and clean. Amenities are good. Service could be improved a lot. Might be because of the high number of guests, that requests are usually slow and needs to be repeated a couple times at least before someone attends. In any case, I’d return back.

A really nice hotel to stay for solo travellers without a car. There is a bus service to the Haram which saves a lot, but the timings were not always convenient, and it stops at a very far distance from the Haram where you need to walk for at least 10 minutes.
The breakfast is very good.
There is a nice swimming pool for families with kids.
The staff were OK, but I felt they weren't very friendly as in other hotels.

Very neat and clean, breakfast having huge range of products and seating arrangements also very good, couple of fresh items also preparing at restaurant during breakfast. Kids club and swimming pool available but there are charges for it.

Midan Hotel Mecca, oh what do I write, except for the location there's nothing wrong with this hotel....
Good room service, good facilities, breakfast menu has quite a range but mostly its arabic.
Kids area charges were seprarate but only 20 sar, so a fair deal.
No coffee or tea packets in the room, this was a tad bit of downside for Midan.
But overall I really miss the place... so 4/5 ? rating.

The hotel is very special, but a little bit more focused services can make it perfect.
Unfortunately, they gave me room number 145, where the AC was not working properly. I had to change my room, and this process was too slow.
Overall, it was nice to stay with family here, and we enjoyed the boufet breakfast also.
It is suggested to have slippers in the toilets.

Midan hotel is a four star hotel in Makkah. It's 3 km from the Great Mosque of Mecca and 7 km from the Abraj Al-Bait Towers. rooms feature Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, as well as minifridges. Room service is available 24/7. Bathroom was clean with necessary toiletries. The hotel corridors were spacious giving a good vibe. There was a small pool for the kids. Quiet atmosphere, bus to haram is available right in front of the main entrance.
Other amenities include a restaurant, a pool and a kids' playroom, in addition to covered parking.
