I enjoy staying here for the second time. Rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Super clean and with a good smell. Service very good, everything was done within reasonable time.
The only thing that bothers me, is lack of microwave and cuttlery (there's only electric kettle).

We took a room with 2 bedrooms and we're surprise to discover that it has two bathrooms and one has bathtub. Receiving area has phone and television. Very gracious with toiletries and towels. We love this hotel and will stay here whenever we will visit Riyadh. ATM is available at the lobby.

Bedsheet,blanket and pillow cases all have yellowish stains..must be clean wash properly
