Great allocation for AlHaram. Better than being inside the clock tower. No real difference in distance. Also there is a taxi rank literally outside it. Staff were lovely. Lovely reception area and breakfast bar. Corridors and rooms feel a little dated but overall lovely place and the location tops it. Would stay here again.

Perfect location walking distance to the haram rooms were good and employees were friendly and helpful. I will say the only issue you will get is occasionally there are people outside the hotel that will see you and come harass you for money but it’s not the hotels fault. Just something to be aware of.

Honestly saying, this was one of the best hotel we have stayed ever since. the people here is such a pleasant one's who always keep a smile on their face which would give make our heart smile.
Rooms are very well kept by them cleanliness is a plus point. We had taken a quadruple room with four seperate beds inside. although the washroom is a bit small but it doesn't make us feel like that. It is also at a walkable distance from haram.
Insha allah!
Next time also we will surely book here itself.

Honestly the only reason I’m writing this review is because of the incredible efforts of the restaurant staff. This was easily one of the best buffet experiences I’ve ever had, and it truly made our stay a great one. The variety and quality of food, attentiveness of the service people, and warm welcome we received every day was beyond measure. Special shout out to Basam, Said and Mohamed Saad - you guys are doing a great job, thank you!
The location is good but a bit far from the mosque, especially when walking through the heavy crowds of Ramadan. The room cleaning service was always good, but the bathrooms definitely need updating and feel outdated.

I had the single room 2 beds , and each bed was queen size which was amazing , the TV is big and the room in general good size and clean .. Great location and everything is around you .. the coffe machine wasn't working in the room that's the only thing .

Makarem is a 5 star hotel in Makkah but we had a very bad experience in this hotel and also in another branch of Makarem umm alqura. Very lazy & rude staff of reception. I booked a junior suite with a king bed , but they put one extra bed in my room. When I asked the operator, she told us we can't remove this ,totally worth the experience and give only 1 star of this hotel.
