I’m a tour coordinator that has taken a group of people from Croatia to Sahary and it was so much better than we expected and we went there with expectations and they have exceeded that expectation and more. I would like to thank the manager Mr. Amro for helping us with all our needs and put us as his priority. Whenever we needed something no matter how difficult it was he delivered. Best 3 days in Al Ula and for sure will bring more groups here. :)

There is an on site fancy restaurant but no idea how much it cost. As no info in the room or reception. And we saw it after we already ate out in town (on the second night of our stay).
The wifi is kinda ok.
Rooms are great.
Resort Layout amazing.
But mosquitos in the room and no bug spray supplied or available. They seem to live in the shower drain.
The staff at reception were more interested in their mobile phone than actually helping guests enjoy their stay at the hotel.

Would I stay there again, no. It did the job, well enough laid out rooms but smelly bathroom where shower leaks. Bed and pillows are super hard, rooms are bland but again you are not staying at a place like this to hang out, there simply is too many things to see around. Incredible surroundings right in from of your room. But if you want more resort type experience, certainly pick another place. I would call this a 2-star hotel.

Location is amazing, nestled within several mountains. Rooms could be upgraded and body lotion is a much needed amenity that is missing. The Thursday evening buffet at the base of the mountain was a treat.

The most disgusting and dangerous indoor pool never seen. Showers looked like have never been cleaned. The oasis was closed and dirty also majlis and the facilites near to It. Its a pity because in pictures look very nice but all is fake. Rooms were nice and cleans. No outdoor pool.
