A very bad experience.. The place is very neglected, and the dust on all the tables is dirt, not dust.. The floors are dirty, not vacuumed or mopped, and the bathrooms are very dirty.. The kitchen cupboards and the floor are all dirt... The place in terms of attention and cleanliness, by God, does not deserve a single star. .
We asked for extra mattresses and quilts..the quilts came with their bags and had yellow stains, imagine..and full of insects..
Frankly, it is decided and unsatisfactory, Villa No. 15.
