Very Bad Experience by all means:
1) Health Club floors are not clean.
2) In changing area, clothes thrown everywhere no one cares about hygiene and can last to the next day or the day after.
3) Coach (Raja'a) brings her two daughters (Aleen and Fajr) to the gym alongside the employee (Um Ali) brings her granddaughter (Dalal). They play with Sports Equipment and jump between us while we're trying to follow the coach where we get distracted, loss count and focus. If someone from outside the Hotel breaks the rules we might turn a blind eye to it. But when it comes from the Hotel's Employees, this can't be ignored and the management should take an action against them if they care about the hotel's reputation. Although that there is a sign clearly states “No Children are allowed” because this isn’t a Daycare center!
4) The other thing is that there is a lot of chit chatting during exercises between Coach (Raja'a) herself and old members of the group which is also distracting.
5) When I filed a complaint to the management and asked for the deactivation of my membership and a refund, Health Club receptionist (ALDanah) and Coach (Raja'a) took it personally and said no refund at first. After the higher manager (Mr. Jalali, Tunisian) approved the refund, it took (ALDanah) 2 hrs to give me my money back. ALDanah said we are waiting for Finance department to bring cash, but to my surprise after 2 hrs keeping me waiting in the reception she took money from front disk reception and handed me.
No professionalism at all. I doubt it is a 5-Star Hotel!
