Person on the reception on 12th March 2023 at around 8:30 PM needs training how to deals with customers, he misbehave and treat people very badly. We were there to stay for a single night but the way he communicate and deal with us, we left the place without booking it, we took other hotel better then this. This hotel lose his customer and business...

Good stay. Indian and Syrian staff are very nice and not in an intrusive way. Ask for a non smoking room as the smokers do tend to stink up the smoking rooms a bit.

The stay in this hotel was good not excellent of course because some how the furniture is old but staff is excellent and very helpful. but it's quite and lovely.
cleanliness is very good.
Hospitality is good.
they are only serve breakfast but i didn't try it.
my place was consist of 2 rooms.
worst thing that they don't have laundry.
i stayed here for 2 weeks.
location is perfect, in front of the hotel there is a mall called Venice, and the other side of the street there a bigger mall call Alrashed mall and it is just 5 minutes to go to Dahran mall.
Compared to the price, this is a good place to stay.
