Perfect hotel for reliable price. The swimming pool, sauna and the gym is free for hotel guests.

Customer service was non existent. When you enter the hotel you have to use the lift to get to reception. Receptionist Mishal had no customer service skills. The carpets in the corridors were filthy. Surfaces in the room had dust, random wires hanging out. Kettle in the room but was told at reception they don’t have any drinks or refreshments in the room…. The bathroom was nice. Pool was out of service for the duration of my stay.
If you’re on a budget then the hotel is okayish, if you can afford to spend a little more than book a different hotel.

Very bad in quality, services and all photos are not true.
I highly recommend avoiding booking there.
Doesn't deserve even one star.
