I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost appreciation for the exceptional service and experience I had during my recent visit at your hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by your outstanding staff. Special. Thanks for Hanan Ayah ,ameer and Concierg ahmed. The level of service provided was truly remarkable, and it made my visit all the more enjoyable. The attention to detail, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the genuine friendliness of your employees were truly commendable. I wasn’t surprise when the employee informed me that the general manager is Abdullah Mohammed he was doing a very fantastic job at Al-Madinah al-Munawwarah.

The staff provide excellent service well organised. However, the room condition is extremely old, the bathtub design is odd.

The rooms are very nice and clean. although a little dated. The service is amazing. One of the best experiences I have ever had.
