Staff are so humble specially Kartik from the restaurant he is so nice person also Room cleaning staff. Food is very good. Staff in restaurant work very hard to make everything look and taste perfect. ♥️♥️

Rooms are good but i am happy with the service provided by hotel staff and the location of the hotel. Complementary breakfast was awesome. Chef Niyas is an excellent cook and behavior of service boy Imran amazed me. Room service was very good , i stayed almost 3 months. It is in prime location and very near to Kingdom tower and taxis are available for all the time.

I had Iftar with my family. Very friendly staffs to assist, decoration in the dinning hall is lovely, the food was amazing. Would love to come again in the future.

Central to pretty much everything in the Olaiya district. 30 minute walk to Taibah markets and a 30 minute walk to Al Faisaliyah Centre. The closest major Mall is approximately 15 minutes drive to Panorama Mall
Rooms are kept very clean, and 52 channels available on the TV (although the number of channels in english is 3).
Breakfast is good value also.

Good location, helpful receptionist, polite staff, and affordable prices. Located in the city center with parking on site. It seemed like a lot of business people were staying here and it was good for us as we were busy exploring the city and just needed a place to stay. I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews because of the lack of gym, get over it. As an accor member I would stay here anytime i visit riyadh.
