They ad hoc cancelled our confirmed booking after we arrived at the Hotel. The staff claimed that there was some construction happening outside the hotel on the side where rooms were available. There was no prior intimation.
The staff was quite indifferent and casual.
Never stay at an IBIS again. This is the second time an IBIS has used the exact excuse.

Absolutely the worst experience. We had booked 3 rooms for one night. When we arrived late in the evening we were told that the only rooms available were opposite a construction site.
The construction was on up to 2 AM and there was no way to sleep in those rooms.
The hotel had not made any arrangements to put us up anywhere else and we were left to fend for ourselves in an unknown city late at night.
The reception staff was not even apologetic.

surprisingly, shower was satisfying... Room & bathroom is awfully deteriorated. No one answers the phone... bad scent coming from shower area.

Bad service and facility, overpriced comparing to what you get
- reception do not answer whenever you call
- room was not clean
- very bad internet
- the service level is extremely bad with many examples

The worst experience i ever had , today there is an electrical shutdown ( for more than 6 hours until now ) to most of the rooms during the daytime in this hot weather and the hotel manager or the receptionist didn’t even bother to reassure, explain or apologize to the customers ! Very unprofessional.
