The room's air conditioner is very loud, and the hotel staff informed us that this issue affects all rooms. Even when the AC is turned off, the noise from outside buildings can still be heard.
The staff are helpful, but the rooms are quite small. However, the hotel is kept clean.

The water got cold when showering and I waited but there was no more hot water!!
There was smoke smell in the room and toilette even though I had a non-smoking room.
There was no breakfast during Ramadan.

This place is just a quick sleep before meetings kind a place. Only good for quick nap for business travel, nothing less and nothing more. The breakfast is fair for a day start but nothing fancy at all.

It has consistently been my preferred choice whenever I visit the area, it’s neat and clean! For a 3 stars hotel it does very well the job. Room is spacious and there is american/canadian electric plug, no Iron in the room, you should ask, and during rush hour it is better to walk to the main street to get uber. Overall nice experience
