staying in hotel as long long time Md Afridi gives us a great service to me . He is so friendly with gust and attentive for service. Overall I would recommend to stay this hotel for wonderful experience. Thank you ?

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience here. We booked a room and specified the check in time at 10:30 PM due to some travel issues we were two hours late and arrived at 12:30. Once we arrived The staff told us that our room reservation has been canceled and that they cancel the reservation after midnight not only that but they were fully booked an already gave our reservation to someone else. We tried to get them to give us any room Available even if it was a higher rate but they said that they are full booked. We were stranded at 1 am with no hotel! When my husband was checking online for other bookings we saw that there was an availability for booking that night online. When he went back to the reception they were confused and then the “manager” came and told us he will “help us out” and book us a big room for a lower cost. We were so confused how suddenly they had availability after they insisted there were absolutely NO rooms available. Not only that when we arrived to our room we waited for our bags and they never came. My husband went down to the lobby found them there waiting and just took them himself no one even asked him who he was or anything! The last straw was that the room had a bathroom and a washroom both of which didn’t have hand soap! Be careful when booking online especially if you are coming in late. And better yet choose another hotel.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my 37years of life, the room when received was stinking, upon complaining they had send a bengali guy who knocked the door once and opend the door with his key card, where as the room was occupied by a family. The rooms are too small, the bathroom has a leakage and the bathroom stinks on intervals, seems like an issue with their severage piping.

One of the worst experiences of my life to choose this hotel. Checked in at around 9 PM tried to order room dinning, at first had to try calling 15 minutes to all possible numbers but no one answered. Post that someone picks up and tells me rudely that they cant serve in room right now as they are too busy and if i want food i need to take buffet. PLEASE AVOID BOOKING THIS HOTEL.

Hello I'm staying in room 112, i told front office staff to change my room because there was paint smell in my room but they didn't change my room careless front office staff. Again when second time I told front office staff to change my room because of inside my room carpet was wet they didn't change my room they told me wait I will check for you to change the room said and they didn't call me back ? i called to two times they said same wait i will get back to you but they didn't call me back, they makes me upset.
