My husband and I flew into Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from Sydney, Australia to see family and celebrate our anniversary.
We just spent our first night at Hyatt Place. The hotel is situated in the lively Sulimaniya area, very close to restaurants and cafes. The service, from the moment that we checked in was exceptional.
A special mention to Allin from the food and beverage team - Allin's attention to detail, consideration, speed and helpfulness in everything from our in-room dining requests to breakfast this morning was extraordinary. As avid travellers, my husband and I have stayed in many hotels across the gulf and around the world. We can say with confidence that this is some of the best service that we have experienced. Allin is wonderful example of a hospitality professional that is passionate about his role and capable of understanding the needs of guests.
We are very excited to see more of Riyadh and look forward to the remainder of our stay with Hyatt Place.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, i had a sudden urgent issue and needed a hotel. Everything was perfect. The immediate check in and the hospitality, the floor manager hazim was especially pleasant and helpful. Hotel is in the middle of riyadh and near to all locations. We also had a breakfast included package and breakfast area was clean and had all options .

it was nice staying at the Hyatt place,spacious room,nice view,food ( breakfast) was great and service as well & I Would like to thanks Mohammad hamid for his assistance all the time .
