My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Hyatt. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants just across the street and is not to far away from the city attractions such as the boulevard. The staff were friendly and naturally professional. We had interactions with Amjad, Allin, Mohammed, Edward and Uzzal. I’m sure the other staff members are just as lovely as well. The room was always kept clean and tidy and it includes an indoor parking space which if you are traveling with a vehicle comes in handy.
The gym is quite small, but has all the equipment needed for a good workout. The pool deck is gorgeous especially during sunrise.
Also they have a wonderful variety at breakfast that you shouldn’t miss.

Excellent stay here in Riyadh. Perfect location and all the staff are extremely friendly, always with a smile in the face. Especially Allin at the cafeteria , amazing service and always remember my choice of coffee and food preference !

The hotel is quiet and it was pretty relaxing living there, the staff were friendly and helpful. And the breakfast had an extensive selection of good quality dishes. My only criticism is that i could hear my neighboring room, but to be honest they were loud.

Hospitable staff, many good restaurants within 2 min walking distance.
Overall, good value for money. If coming for work, then you need to check for driving time due to traffic
