The issue is the entrance to the parking and limited outside parking

Unfortunately there isn’t an option for zero stars so I had to give a 1.
I booked via booking.com, I was not even greeted but just acknowledged by the receptionist who was playing on her mobile phone, she couldn’t find my reservation, was rude, unhelpful and told me to sit down for 5min. After being ignored for 2 hours, I decided to call booking.com and request a refund. I am now spending my 10 days at another hotel

Nice and clean. Parking available. Comfortable. However, the room was dark and the breakfast was extremely poor. I saw slime coming off the sweetcorn when my daughter was serving her plate! The food wasn't fresh. Therefore uneaten left hungry.

I came and stay here for 6 days because of the quarantine.
It's a nice hotel, luxury, mattress is good, clean sheets, bathroom little bit dark need more bright, wifi internet inside the room is fast.
Overall it's good, keep it up.
